This guide separates the confirmed general drop settings from item-by-item source tables. A broad rate is not a promise that every monster, box, or event can drop the same item.

How to read this
A general percentage is not an item table
Global baseline
The published percentages describe broad server settings. They do not identify a particular monster, map, box, event, or item chance.
Monster, box, and event tables
Source-by-source tables need to be checked against the authoritative server data before they are listed here. No item locations or exact individual drop chances are being guessed.
Item-source catalog: monster, boss, box, and event item lists are not yet published. When available, each entry should name its source and any relevant conditions rather than infer a chance from the global rate.
